I had a wonderful stay at a resort in Kumarakom. The check-in process was smooth and the parking facilities were convenient. The reception staff, especially Smt.Deepthi and Shri.Raju, were extremely helpful in accommodating our room preferences. The room service staff were also attentive and efficient. The location of the resort was excellent, with a beautiful view of the lake. The spacious lawn added to the serene atmosphere. The restaurants offered delicious food, which I really enjoyed. it was an excellent experience.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. Mosquitoes were a nuisance and affected our sleep.

We enjoyed the smooth check-in process, spacious lawn, great location facing the lake, and friendly staff who were helpful in allocating our preferred rooms.

Great lake view from the room, and reasonable price for that. Beautiful and spacious garden that is well maintained and peaceful to stroll around. Easy access to nearby tourist spots.
The room was not well-maintained and there were a lot of mosquitoes, which disturbed our sleep. The breakfast menu was limited, and the quality of the food wasn't great.

We spent our Easter break at this resort and had some good experiences. the check, in process was hassle, free and the parking facilities were good. the location was great , close to key attractions and offered scenic views. Lastly, the restaurant had a decent spread of food and we enjoyed the seafood options.
the property was quite old and could use some updating especially with regards to amenities like AC and kettle.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a serene and green surrounding. the spacious and well-maintained property has a superb view of the lake, exactly as seen in the photos. the staff is also friendly and helpful, making check-in and room allocation very smooth. the hotel requires room repair and maintenance, as some rooms need painting and had noisy air conditioners. Limited breakfast menu and mosquito issues were also present.
Room amenities and facilities are outdated and lack standard refinement.
